In solidarity with SAVE HACKNEY WICK and the hideous plans of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to destroy the VCHQ in Vittoria Wharf - Spiritual home of Vicious Collective and Sunday Service. VC helped organise WICKSTOCK 2016, a fundraiser and awareness weekend in Vittoria Wharf bringing together an incredible line up of artists and musicians from across London who wanted to show outrage and solidarity against at the proposed destruction.
The LLDC have since been exposed as an incompetent and corrupt organisation with a 'Laissez Faire' approach to town planning gifted them by by the dangerously incompetent Boris Johnson. Although the LLDC have won many battles in their quest to sterilise Hackney Wick, the battle for Vittoria Wharf rages on. The resistance, public outrage, and community unity has not been lost and the building still stands and is as active as ever.
